Rajat was born to a middle-class Jaat family in Faridabad, Haryana. His family tree consists of 6 members including his father, mother, brother, sister, and sister-in-law. Rajat’s father’s name is Mohinder Singh Dalal. He was a farmer and besides this, he ran a grocery store in his hometown. 

Rajat’s mother’s name is unknown. Although her name is not known, she has appeared in bigg Boss 18. She is a regular housewife. Rajat’s brother’s name is Mukesh Dalal. He runs a school in Howntown and also he is married. Rajat also has a sister whose name is Neeru Dalal and she is married. Currently she is living in Australia along with his husband. 

Rajat — Career from Bodybuilding to Bigg Boss 

Rajat started bodybuilding professionally at a young age by participating in state and regional contests. In 2017, he became well-known after winning the gold medal at the Haryana State Strong Challenge Championship. Later, he was named the best powerlifting athlete at the BITS Pilani Open Sports Meet.

In 2018, Rajat gained international recognition after winning the National Bench Press and National Deadlift Championships. Several other competitions have been won by him, including the Fitline Classic Deadlift Championship and powerlifting titles from the World Powerlifting Congress India.

As his bodybuilding career has developed, Rajat has amassed a substantial following on social media, especially YouTube and Instagram, where he mostly shares fitness-related content.

One of the greatest powerlifting accomplishments of Rajat Dalal was setting a world record in the deadlift. In the 90 kg weight class, he lifted 302.5 kg (666.5 pounds) in the Men’s Junior 20-23 category. This achievement was the result of his hard work and dedication to his training.

Rajat has been the part of popular reality show of India “BIGG BOSS 18.” In the show, he took the entry with the initiation to show the positive side of his life. The Show Rajat made multiple friendships with other housemates like Shehzada Dhami, Avinash Mishra, and Vivian Dsena.  Additionally, during the season, Rajat was seen forming bonds with two other competitors, Digvijay and Esha.

However the Season 18 has ended but unfortunately rajat could not win the show but he was the 2nd Runner-up of the show 

Controversies Of Rajat

1. A violent complaint against an 18-year-old boy 

Rajat was arrested in June 2024 on suspicion of kidnapping and assaulting an 18-year-old boy. The boy took a selfie with Rajat in the gym and then posted on social media where he wrote some positive things about him.

As a reaction, Rajat and his friend kidnapped the boy and took him to a place where they assaulted him. A video also was circulated that showed Rajat pee on the face of the boy.

2. Rajat Dalal Clashes with Singha 

In 2023, Rajat got into an argument with Singha, a powerlifter and content creator from Dehradun. The argument started when Singha disclosed information about Rajat’s lack of powerlifting skills in an Instagram Live. Singha also later criticized his last name. All of this began when Singha challenged Rajat to a fight in February 2024, which led to Rajat and his friends traveling to Dehradun in search of Singha. The disagreement was settled after Singha ultimately asked for an apology to Rajat in public. 

3. Rajat Dalal Clashes with Rajveer Singh

In March 2024, Rajat and fitness influencer Rajveer Sisodhia heartedly argued. According to Rajveer, Rajat and his friend Nitin Chandela mistreated him. After the dispute started on social media, the parties started exchanging threats.

At the point where both sides decided to fight, the Haryana Police intervened. Rajveer attacked Rajat’s last name, and Rajat asserted that Rajveer is a rapist with a case pending against him. Following the altercation, however, both parties apologized to one another and came to an agreement. 

4. Rash Driving Incident Where a Bike Was Hit

In August 2024, one of Rajat Dalal’s most well-known controversies was the careless driving incident. Dalal was captured speeding at 140 km/h on a busy Delhi-NCR highway in a video that went viral. According to reports, he hit a motorcyclist and ran without helping. Following this incident, the public called for his arrest, and prominent figures like MP Swati Maliwal asked the Haryana Police to take action against him.

5. Punished Fake Sadhus

Rajat assaulted three sadhus in one video, later calling them “fake” babas. When Rajat Dalal tested their spiritual qualifications by having them sing the Hanuman Chalisa and Gayatri Mantra. They failed and later Rajat made them slapped each other on camera. The video subsequently caused public outrage.
